I've been making the the sauce at home. I store the leftovers of it in the fridge for a week at a time. It's fine. The rest of it should be as well--rice, beans, cheese, salsa, sour cream, olives
A couple of days. It's rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, tahini sauce, avocados..... I would take the avo off because it's probably brown, but I would smell it and give it a taste.
