a technician was supposed to come an check out my lg washer on Aug 24th only one cycle works an its delicate. The tech was a no call no show.I called an was told to wait.What should i do?How long do i wait? I thought Sears was a reputable company.

I would call again and tell them that the guy didnt show up and you still havent heard anything yet. I'm having similar problems with my refrigerator thats been going on for months now.....sorry. I believe there might be a problem with the sears warranty service not being what it used to be.
