Ray arrived within the appointment window, called ahead when on the way and completed the job in good time.

Sparking was initially blamed on a faulty Magnetometer. When another repair man came out to install the replacement part, ordered from GE at considerable cost, he determined that such replacement would not necessarily resolve the occasional sparking issue. Sears agreed to return the unused part to GE for a full refund of all charges.

A&E Services has been out to my home a number of times in the past year. They schedule quickly, provide status updates regularly and have great, knowledgeable technicians. Bryan has been out before. He is always timely, professional and courteous. He is the type of employee any company would be blessed to have. Sincerely, Kevin Osborne

We did not have the repair done because of t he exorbitant price. On the web site it stated that the service call was $129. When the repairman got here he said that was just for them to show up; checking the problem was another $60.00. Replacing an icemaker motor would have been over $700. Sorry, I can have my neighbor do it for the cost of the icemaker (about $150)

You’ll get the same appointment availability, regardless of whether you book online or call. Booking online is easy, and usually takes less time than calling.
