Came for a gas cap, worker put in wrong car and had to go back for a refund

Was going to purchase an oil drop pan saw two employees walking out talking about getting a rental car from the airport no one acknowledged I was there, said hello or let another employee know there was a customer, this was my first and last time going to Advance auto parts. Needless to saw after waiting I pur the drop pan back and left. Basic customer service needs improvement and I hope to God the guy going to get the car wasn't management otherwise definitely needs more training.

Employees are in happy which makes it a nice place to shop. The interior seams a bit on the small side but everyone has to start somewhere right!
