That's very true. We have had to have someone come out to fix it multiple times. It is working for now fingers crossed. The company itself is just very hard to work with.
True our internet sucked for a bit. But after IT came out from out of state. Its worked pretty well . Expensive imo . We used to have t.w.c and its was cheaper . But we get connection from outside the building too so . It levels out .
I've been here for a year and I've had 2 issues. Both times it was fixed quickly and I was given a discount. I am in IT and work from home frequently so it's important I have decent internet. I'm happy with it.
