This is the first time that I’ve ever felt discriminated by a housing before. I more than qualified with the terms of living here. Personally, I consistently called them 1+ months after applying to see if they could give me an estimated move-in date. They kept misleading me to call back at a different time. I had my friend call and ask for availability which they mentioned that they had immediate move-in available. After about week 6 of asking for the status of a move-in the manager (who did not provide their name in email, woman from Kentucky) emailed me saying that I chose to withdraw my application and that I was choosing not to move into their available housing options meanwhile they consistently told me that none was available!!! I recorded all of my phone calls with the staff and offered to provide them as proof + my emails to her but she has ignored every single one. This was a very low for anyone, especially from management. I wish this person the worst but generally would not recommend this place to any minority regardless of how successful you are since this manager sees only skin color. She would not even let me dad tour the unit (since “none was available”) but I was able to later in the day with the office staff when she was at lunch. She is a prejudice bigot and I’m grateful that I was able to find a much nicer option in the Mason area where the staff practices equality. I have emails and recorded conversations to support my statement.

DON’T MOVE HERE. DON’T MOVE HERE. PLEASE don’t listen to any of the positive reviews about this place. This apartment complex is the worse and I’m going to name all the negative’s about this place. First they only have ONE garbage disposal in the whole complex!! The walls are so paper thin that you can hear everything! Parking is so horrible because every space is taken up. They’ll show you a “model” apartment unit that will look nothing like your actual apartment. Management is so unprofessional, they’ll manipulate you to think these are “luxury” apartments when there’s absolutely nothing luxury about this place. It took me FOUR TIMES reaching out to management to have them fix my shower head and carpet. Maintenance is known to be thieves by previous reviews and I believe it. I lived here for less than 7 months and they took my whole security deposit when I had NO pets and barley any furniture in my apartment so imagine if you live here for a year plus and all the extra charges they’ll add on. Don’t make the same mistake I did, your better renting a house for the same price they charge.

I absolutely LOVE the staff and these apartments! I have moved all over the country and I have never encountered a team as kind and curtious as Susan and Rachel! I have lived here for almost a year and the shine hasn't dulled a bit! I am a pet owner of a cat and puppy and the apartments here are perfectly pet friendly, with pet clean up stops and and a little closed in dog area that we love to visit! The closed in patio is the perfect spot to bird watch with my cat. Also, the neighbors I have encountered are very welcoming and kind! Definitly recommend Nicholas Place as your future home!

I called Nicholas Place Apartments and spoke with Rachel about my need for an apartment for my parents. She was so warm and welcoming and invited us to come and have a look at the model. I made an appointment for the following morning. We were greeted at the door by a lovely young lady, who introduced herself as Rachel. She invited us into her office where we sat and talked about our need for an apartment for my parents who were moving from Out of state. She was so informative on the area and ask if we would like to tour the property as well as the model apartment so we would have an idea of how lovely it could be for them. She took her time to make sure to answer all our questions, and believe me, we had plenty. Rachel also made sure she walked next to my parents and spoke directly to them, as this would be there place, and not ours. She made them both feel at ease. We have read several negative reviews, however just as many positive ones. I think what a lot of people need to reminder is that they are living in an apartment, and not a private home. You have to take the good with the bad. Rachel did an amazing job and spent well over 45 minutes showing us around and answering our questions. My parents are very confident they will love calling Nicholas Place their forever home.

That's very true. We have had to have someone come out to fix it multiple times. It is working for now fingers crossed. The company itself is just very hard to work with.
Not for sure i was just visiting someone
