I just signed another year lease here and I absolutely love this place and the people who run it! Everyone here sticks by their word and they’re great communication. If I have any sort of work order it gets done quickly and efficiently. One of the reasons why I moved here in the first place is because the women in the office were so friendly and nice. I absolutely recommend this place for the people and the price!!

My kids have to walk past dirty heroin needles every day to get picked up by the bus. lots of drug dealers living on the property who are very obvious about it. it’s sad they are trying to call this place luxury and raise the rent prices without wanting to do the bare minimum to keep their establishment nice

My 18y/o daughter and her significant other were completely manipulated by Trinity Place. They charge a $50 application fee per person. This fee is understandable however, your then charged $100 administrative fee. This is for the staff to verify the information that was reported.(rental history, employment length, salary etc) So these 2 young adults not being at their place of employment long, no rental history needed a co-signer. After talking to leasing employee regarding my low credit score an the miscommunication that started the unfortunate error. She tells me that they look at the whole picture. So they pay $50 application fee. The whole picture for me is low credit score, 6 years same job, 3 cars owned, 5 year rental history at 1 place and year & half in purchased home. Within 10 minutes of my application being submitted, they received a NO due to my credit. No they didn’t look at the whole picture. No they didn’t even verify any of the information provided to them. So why the $100 administration fee? SCAM! After speaking with 3 residents of the complex this is common practice from the office. This young couple is NOT the first ones the staff has done this to. Hopefully this will make them do better by people. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
