If you can be there when they open that is probably the best time to go with no wait. It does get busy quick.
I went there last night at around 10:45pm and it wasn't crowded, but the server said we just missed the big crowd.
Yes between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Midweek, before noon is the time I've been there and it hasn't been super busy...
