This establishment locked it's doors to the public, but entertained family members inside. The service was slow and the food wasn't hot. I asked for Spicy Chicken and didn't get it. I will go to another Church's Chicken from now on.

For the last past 3 months this location has been the worst of them all the customer service is absolutely terrible! they stop frying chicken @3pm and the inside is closed they never answer the drive thru they just have you sitting and wait for over 20mins..the absolutely worst on top of that I see them throw food over the wall with gloves then come back in the door an don’t dispose of the unsanitary gloves! Who is actually over this place.. 4720 Crenshaw location 90043!

This place is getting worse. I just left and it says they are open but they aren't open. The two ladies inside see its a long line waiting to order and they are in their laughing at the line of people, instead of coming out informing customers they are closed.

Angry and Hungry.. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and I finally get to the speaker to order.. Unfortunately I was told they're closing early, at 8pm, due to being understaffed.smmfh... For starters, understaffed or not it states you close at 9pm not 8pm, secondly, the guy was lying because he started stuttering, attempting to find the words to say to inform me of the sudden close. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.. Let alone the lobby was locked when it states the lobby was open for mobile and take out orders... Whomever the manager was for the shift, needs to get it together.. If you close at 9, stay open until then... You wasted my time🤬
