The customer service was subpar and the food too. We waited a long time for our food. Ppl behind us were already eating theirs. She forgot our drinks and I had to get up again to those after I was told they would bring everything. They are serious about the cleansing of hands!

You can't come to L.A. and not stop here! That's blasphemy!!! This is one of the iconic spots around where u must eat at! But prepare for a wait since the pandemic other than that pure joygasm!!!

Let me say this....they tried it 🤷‍♀️ we waited 35mins then the chicken legs were bloody so they made us a new order, to go since everyone was done eating. Got back to the hotel & the new order wasn't cooked all the way either. We drove from San Diego to be disappointed. Overall it wasn't worth the hype. I've had WAY better food @ The Home Of Chicken & Waffles in Oakland.

This is a southern California staple of chicken and waffle. I enjoy the delicious food and find myself craving there juicy chicken dishes. Due to limited parking you do have to scramble parking space. You will wait to be seat due to covid restrictions. The taste of the food has been consistent for so long its amazing. The portions are not big as in the past. However, you can't substitute quality for quantity. I always look forward to enjoy something different from the menu or stick to my Carol C. go to dish.
