It was a good overall experience. We ordered a 16 piece meal and asked for some spicy and some mild. They separated the spicy and mild using 2 different boxes which was a relief because they usually put it all in the same box with a piece of paper which usually doesn't separate correctly. It's the little things that make a good franchise.

Ordered the sweet tea. Drove all the way home to get completely comfortable and drink my sweet tea while eating my food and there is nothing sweet about this tea. This is straight watered down black tea with absolutely no flavor in it.

I ordered through uber a 1/4 pound of shrimp dinner. I got barely any shrimp because they put my sides inside with the shrimp. Not worth the money, I wouldn't bother. Edit: rice tastes like dry leftovers and they went cheap on that too.

The guy cooking in the back been working at this place for over 20 years. Everything is fresh and made to order. Love the tenders and red beans and rice. Biscuits with honey is the cherry. No matter what you get its all good. Restaurant is clean and serive is prompt. Prices are cheap and u can get combo under 10 bucks. Parking is usually good. Popeyesover KFC all day!

If it's just a for yourself I believe is $5 big deal which is pretty good got chicken and you got shrimp and I believe you get a biscuit and Silas Coast coleslaw
