Too much for this place (2 beds). Don't rent here, you will regret it!! A/C will go out more than once every summer. They will be in no rush to fix it( non emergency they say) & leave you without for days(110°). You will get ripped off, be careful!!! Rent to high for small space! Cheap, greedy owners.. so much more I could say... Beware!
They are all two bedroom.
