San Jacinto Village Apartments

I am not a resident but my fiance lives currently at this apartment complex. She has been asking for a newer fridge and dishwasher for the last year and they pretend to fix the appliances but dont replace. The appliances are from the 80s and are just garbage. Can someone please point me to a point of contact? I have tried to call but no answer and my next step is to confront the management if i can catch them.

18 years and very happy with SanJacino Village Apartments! The greatest thing about living here is our Manager Florin. Even throughout hard times, this man goes beyond and above for this building and its tenants! The maintenance are amazing at getting things handled. The Gardner's are magic and create beauty all around the building! Its now time for us to move on and start a new! Looking forward to changes. Cheers to SanJacinto Village Apartments. Shapan Family

This was my first apartment ever at 24. I absolutely fell in love and highly recommend renting here. Florin the property manager is amazing. The Maintence guys are fantastic and really followed up when there was an issue. Forever grateful to have the best experience at this apartment complex. Super peaceful and the neighbors are sweet.

Palm Springs

I had a wonderful year and a half at this apartment complex and I highly recommend it. My apartment was quiet, I never had any troubles with my neighbors and the on my maintenance issue that I ever had was fixed within one hour. The landscaping was always week manicured, the property manager and staff were incredibly professional and this is a great gem of a complex in the Palm Springs area!!
