It is extremely disappointing and difficult to retrieve my mail at their new location Before they moved it was no problem as a box holder I just used a code and had access 24/7. If you Google the lobby hours it says 24/7 that's not true. I don't live in Palm Springs any longer but I still use that address since I've had it for over 10 years. There really should be a way for me to enter the lobby after 7pm and on Sundays. I pay a good amount for the box not to be able to get my mail easily. Would someone tell & update Google please.

It always take 30 mins to get through the line, and there is always only 1 associate checking people out. Learn your busy hours and hire more check-out staff. Absolutely infuriating.

If I could rate zero, I would. I have not received most of my mail since December, have gone in person, called them, called their higher ups, still no acceptable response or actions. I have bills, credit cards, important documents and checks floating somewhere within their system and am fed up.

Nice Post Office close to Down Town Palm Springs. Not too crowded . Went on a Saturday morning to mail some package's. Friendly staff!
