I got there this morning at 8:58 and they already had the door open. (they open at 9.) There was one man ahead of me and he was in and out in no time. I was out of there by 9:11, getting my license renewed. Rachel was a great help and I would recommend this place over the Livingston one ANY day. I will say, it is more expensive, but not having to deal with the Livingston OMV, is worth the extra dollars.

No, the TIP must be issued at a state office, but this office can go to TIP to permit and permit to license.

All first time issues DL’s to the state of Louisiana must go to a state office, like the one in Livingston. Once you get an DL or ID issued; this office can then duplicate, renew and change the address.
