HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Very rude, made me feel very uncomfortable, would never recommend them to ANYONE! Needed a driver's license, bc mine expired in February, the lady said it had been 10 years and would have taken to long! In other words she was trying to get rid of me and my roommate as soon as possible, so we paid 50 for an ID instead of 70 for a license. Rude! I am heavily tattooed and pierced, so I get stared and looked at all the time. But these women made me feel like I wasn't worth their glances, breath, or time of day! Will never go back! I would rather go wait 5 hours at the real DMV and deal with that b4 being treated this way and then paying someone to do it!

Not very friendly people. Some of them talk to you as if you're illiterate.

Not the best experience. Please make sure if you’re getting a first time permit you have your original birth certificate. I checked the site and I didn’t see that we needed the original birth certificate to turn in the TIPS card for the learners permit. The attendant was only doing her job but no empathy.

Extremely unhelpful and rude. They sent me home the first time I came with a list of very specific things they will accept to renew your license. When I came back a second time with exactly those items they wouldn’t accept it. They seemed happy about it too which made it even worse. I spent my entire day driving back and forth from this place only to leave empty handed. Meanwhile other OMVs do not require half of the stuff that they do.
