I would give this place a Zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service specifically from management. First time using this place for inspection. My complaint was that my sticker wasn’t put on correctly considering less than an hour of me receiving one, it began to come OFF. I called Action Tune Inspections about the matter and THE MANAGER insured me that he would take care of it. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru line I was met with attitude and disrespect. I did nothing but come to Action Tune Inspections at that request of management to get the issues resolved but I was met with unprofessionalism and no accountability on Management side. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Tucked away behind an innocuous strip mall, in a little sheet metal garage is the best place in town to get your inspection sticker. They're never too busy and even if they are, they're so fast, you'll not feel any delay. CASH ONLY, because that's the way serious business is done at street level.

Yes, my husband went today to get new inspection sticker and while in the processes of scratching off old the ripped the tint on windshield. The employees reply was NOT OUR FAULT! It’s YOUR PROBLEM! No I’m sorry. No apology whatsoever. Whoever the owners of this place is you got some #1 employees working for you. Apparently they have no respect for customers and their property. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family. As well as blasting this on social media platforms not to use your business. I usually come to get my sticker there as well. I will no longer use your business. You have your wonderful employees to thank for that.
