Sad experience. Lies about contract and policies then harasses you with emails and threats of harsh fees. Verbal agreements are agreements, we were told by old management when we signed up that we would have 30 days to get our things out after the lease is up, & we believed them(Max), why wouldn’t we. They use underhanded practices, scam tactics, along with poor customer service— new management will lock you out once they realize you exist and are trying to retrieve your items. No real managing here, only people waiting to pounce on unsuspecting, hardworking victims that were clearly being deceived. Tried to get help, old manager said there was nothing he could do. Highly suggest going somewhere else & not spending any money here or trusting this place.
