I purchased a 2022 Xpress H190 and the customer service was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Boats Unlimited. If you want a boat you will not be disappointed here .

Make sure that you are very detailed in exactly what you want done and you be sure to tell them to not do anything more than what is requested. Brought my boat in for a oil service. I was quoted 250 on the phone, my batteries were a little low so I called and ask the manager if it would be a problem to charge the batteries, if it was I was go ahead and charge them before I brought it in, he says no problem. 4 days later I go to pick up my boat and have a charge of 360$. They felt that it was necessary to pull all of my batteries on my brand new 2021 boat and load test them without asking and charge me an extra 100$ to do so.

I purchased a new H20B in April 2021. It was a good experience. Their service department is also quick and thorough.

I purchased a 22ft Xpress CC a few months back. 3rd saltwater trip using trolling motor it sheared the pin for the prop. SS lock nutt on trolling motor was way over tightened causing the flat head portion to hold shaft to be stripped out.. after removal of nut noticed they had installed a carbon steel shear pin in my saltwater addition trolling motor... needs new shaft... inspect prior to purchase especially if you see the carbon red carbon steel washer... Spoke With owner and he took action and remedied the issue quickly....

I'm not sure about that. Try going up there, they aren't very good at returning calls. Or you could always search a shop that has both pictures and prices online.
