Utterly Designed
The customer service started out great but ended horribly. I waited 22 minutes after ordering for the appetizer. After 40 minutes I had not received the entree but the salad. The salad was wilted not too my liking. I asked one of the managers ( short, heavy set African American female; Her name tag was not on nor her name given.) to cancel my order because the customer service that I was at receiving was horrible the waiter stated he had just clocked in and was unaware of what I had ordered. Three other patrons had arrived by this point and the manager refused to give me a refund almost forcing me to take the entrée. Are we supposed to do with the entrée with our son was a rhetorical question says I don’t on the facility nor do I operate the establishment.When I asked if there was anyone else that I can speak with about the matter I proceeded to get my ticket and was charged separately for the salad that was supposed to come with the entrée. No apologies from management, it’s not worth it for me. I am from Texas and southern hospitality or any at all is non existent.

Ordered crabmeat au gratin, twice baked potatoe, and salad. They brought hushpuppies out first. They were very bland. Crab au gratin was overcooked, and just a couple pieces of crabmeat in it. Twice baked potatoe was the best part of the meal, but was very small. Salad was great. Spent 40 with tip....way to much for this so so meal. Waitress masked and friendly. Handicapped parking and entrance. It will be a while before I visit this place again.

I must have picked a bad day to visit Drusilla. It took over 20 minutes before a server came to our table. I probably should have taken this as a sign to leave because it was downhill from there. Beginning with the salads, starters, and entrees everything was distasteful.

Masks when you come in until you are seated and when you leave. If I remember correctly all of the staff wear masks.
