The wait times are absolutely inexcusable! If I am expected to respect their time by arriving on time and confirming my appointment, the LEAST they could do is have a reasonable wait time. One hour or more in the outer waiting room and over half an hour in the patient room in unacceptable. No matter how well I was treated, this would never be enough for me to recommend this institution to anyone.

Horrible experience! Shown up 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and sat waiting to be called for two hours. After getting called back to a room I sat for another 30-45 minutes. Finally walked out.
