7/6/22 11:10am. Very quick and easy. Security was helpful. I called ahead of time to see if appointments were required, no apps required. The lady on the phone told me what documents to take before I go to SSA. I had all documents ready before heading to SSA. Total time there, 30 mins.

I wasn't necessarily expecting this to be a pleasant or easy experience.. which it wasn't. As stated, you cannot get through the door without an appointment and getting an appointment takes some serious time and dedication. 2 days of calling. I was on hold 2 hours per call. An hour of hold music and then an hour of literally just ringing until someone finally picked up and then proceeded to hang up on me. Once I finally got through, the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. She was able to schedule 2 appointments consecutively one for myself and one for my son so I could get everything done in one go and she got us scheduled the following Monday. Problem is, they schedule in 10 minute increments with only 3 employees working which is not enough time so they were running an hour behind when I walked in. Security officer was really nice and did everything he could to keep things moving along including calling a manager out to the lobby to address the issue. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was the last person who walked out the door before the office closed for the day between waiting in the lobby for an hour and the time it took to complete what I needed to do.

(Crazy Story)You can’t get in without appointment. I managed to talk to someone after 2 weeks of calling consistently. Set up an appointment for 2pm and when I arrived they said my appointment was an hour earlier. When I got there at 2pm I heard 2 workers talking about how they had nothing to do and to just pretend to hop on phones. So if anyone is calling this location this is why… They don’t take their jobs seriously at all. I’m sure if it was there documents they would have them drawn up immediately.

Because they can.
Go to the office and report the calls up never reply to the calls themselves. No government worker would ever call they'd come to your door or mail

Unfortunately this happens a lot , I had the same issue and kept calling til I finally got someone . I'd definitely suggest calling immediately upon them opening and keep calling . This is the only way from what I was told by my representative.
Offices are not open unless you have an appointment.. Look up your local branch office and you will find the number you need to call...
You would have to contact someone inside office or email it to them specifically.
