YES THEY HAVE REWARDS CARD

Vons uses rewards cards.

The card is tied to your phone number IF you already have a rewards card

I just use my phone number. Not sure where the actual card is.

If you carry a Safeway card is the same as Vons card.

You don't have to have a rewards card, but you do receive discounts and rewards for using the rewards card. The rewards card are also free, they just collect a little info, phone number ect.
