No, the seats are soft, but do not recline in a fixed position. They lean back slightly.
They move just enough for the person in front of you to hit your feet every time they move, as there is very little legroom (& I'm NOT tall).
Comfy tall backs that rock but don't recline....
No, it's standard theater seating without recliners.
