There are tours and they are excellent. No are two public tours at 11:30 and 1:00 leaving from the Cosmic Cafe. Check out www mtwilson.edu for more info

I don't believe you need a reservation, and I dont think there is a tour. You may want to look into it, because I'm only 14 haha.
