We got meatloaf dinner. The meatloaf was tender and the greens and mac were well seasoned. The food was good but the strawberry cheesecake was amazing. The customer service was also very good. I'd definitely return.

I love coming here. It is one of my favorite soul food restaurants in the South LA-Crenshaw District. Although the food is somewhat pricey, it is definitely worth every penny. The lines sometimes get long so I'd advise to go early as possible. Call in and order. Usually around 11am you can still purchase breakfast food while they are setting out lunch/dinner food. The front staff is always nice.

Smothered chicken with rice n gravy was as good as Sylvia's in Harlem. Red beans, greens, sweet potatoes, cabbage, green beans were all excellent.

My husband and I, was there yesterday and I had no problem. He's Puerto Rican and I am Black. We were treated great, and the food was soooooo good!!! It's was my first time eating there, but whenever I'm in that area I will definitely eat there again.
Lemon cake, chocolate cake, banana pudding, red velvet (sometimes), peach cobbler
