Extremely rude and unprofessional… none inviting .. the cashier named Leo was very rude and used condescending tone…the bathrooms aren’t available for consumers even though some people were allowed…(( profiling )) . Definitely there needs to be coaching on inclusiveness and not indirectly making consumers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.

They stole my credit card and used it. Went to the drive thru Friday night/Saturday morning 2/12/22 at 1am and used my card. They never gave it back. At about 6am I received multiple notifications that it was being used at McDonald’s and Walgreens nearby. THANKS drive thru loser for stealing my card. I’ve called the store and corporate multiple times, I’ve emailed corporate, I’ve tweeted, tried everything. Carl’s Jr. doesn’t care that their employees steal from customers.

This place calls a tow company on there customers. I was in line waiting. I over heard them talking about towing my car. If I hadn't heard the manager saying to tow my car they were about to tow me. Don't come here they really trying to make diamond towing some money. After I was about to leave the manager started cursing at customers. Then at the end of the scare.... They were not excepting card. This was the worst cars junior I have ever been.

Although the beef patties used for their burgers are always dry and salty, when you order the California Classic you get a good tasting cheeseburger. At the time of my visit they had clean and well supplied restrooms and a self help drinks fountain and two very helpful ladies at the counter. Sure to return, to try the Chicken Ranch sandwich.
