Does this pet store let you hold the birds? I’m doing a lot of research for some birds I’m interested in getting but I want to be able to hold one.

Most of them, yes. There are usually 2-4 uncaged ambassadors on perches in the aviary room.

Yes but they will get you to sanitize your hands first.
