Not a single resort in Southern California had received any snow. There has not been any rain in SoCal. Snow Valley makes snow at every opportunity possible but conditions have to be right.
Manmade. Expecting some snow 1/15-17.
Man made. The whole mountain is not open yet, but it's still a good time with some decent runs open.
