We have a great postmaster. He pulled a shipment that my client advised I had an incorrect address

The staff here work diligently to provide the best service they can even though they are against being understaffed and underbudgeted as a Post Office. This office severely requires upsizing and upgrading to fully meet the needs of this mountain community and age of consumerism we live in.

The folks who work here are pleasant and helpful and are hard working people. They are on their feet all day, every day that the P.O. is open. Some peoples' goal is to shut down the Postal Service. They claim if it is run as a private company it will make more money. Balogna. That would require much higher costs to everyone who uses it.

Be sure to include your PO box on online orders, if UPS or FedEx drop off with post office instead of home delivery, they will make no effort to locate your PO box and will send all your merchandise back to who you ordered from. Very unfortunate during holiday season or when buying items on sale. And some online retailers don't allow a PO box. They must have a computer system capable of quickly matching names with PO box and if they don't, then they should definitely get with program.
