What documents do I need for the Mission Valley AAA office to re-register my car as a gift to my grandaughter. The car was smoged in Dec.2017 - do I need to get it tested again?

I believe anytime a vehicle passes ownership it has to be smoged again, you need the pink slip, current registration & ID of both you & your grand-daughter plus fees

They have the form you fill out and sign. Just go together w/ID & title.
