Pretty much anyone can come adopt from us! Our adoption process is counseling based, so we just talk with potential adopters about what they want and expect from their pet, and what the animal is like, and what care it will need. No letter from landlord needed!
No, there are paperwork that needs to be filled out and I'm pretty sure a letter from your landlord is needed.
