During the past few visits, I have found the clothing racks and merchandise shelves to be well-stocked. The store seems to be well-staffed by courteous employees. The only draw back to an abundance of merchandise is the lack of sufficient space to properly display it all which makes the store feel cramped and cluttered.

I remember like 6/7 years ago You could find me in Ross a lot and I’m talking about a lot. Then I realize that there are days you can find many things and there are days or weeks that I just not for me. I do come here but for sure not as often as I used to come to Ross dress for less.

Ross has been around for years and I have found great bargains but you have to dig for them and so go when you have lots of time. Oft times, the lines are long so you may have to wait 15 minutes to check out so gauge your time. I find the quality of the clothing used to be better but same in all the top of the line stores...good silks and cottons are hard to find. I find the employees are quite helpful and they have gone out of their way to help me find something...I give it five stars because it is what it is - a place full of bargains!

Store itself has a decent selection and prices if you can actually find what you are looking for. Items are scattered everywhere despite the incredibly rude night manager constantly walking around slowly stacking one item at a time. Which in itself wouldn't be so bad, expect he's doing this when the line is wrapped around the store while two poor cashier's attempt to handles the chaos. Lines often take 30 minutes or longer. With one cashier for checkout and one for returns. It's probably for the best though because when the "Manager" is interacting with customers, he is often heard yelling and being incredibly direct and generally unpleasant. This makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. I try to avoid this store as much as possible. I often drive 15 miles out of my way to another location.
