Paid $29 for the “ultimate” wash, they did not vacuumed the trunk at all and barely vacuumed the rest of the car… when I asked for them to vacuum the car again he looked at me and said he didn’t understand what I wanted as if my car wasn’t dirty so I did it myself while they watched me… I wish I took a few photos but I was so frustrated!!! Such a rip off!

I didn’t have a good experience today. When I got to the line where you step out the guy was pushy. I was just trying to detach my keys. And then when I got in the car I soon notice scratches on the dashboard metal. It feels like you pay and go there just to get your car damaged.

Horrible job. I paid for the ultimate wash and I could have done a better job at home. The seats don’t even look like they were vacuumed. They definitely did not vacuum in between the seats and there’s more fuzz from their towels all over my car Seats and material on my doors that I ended up having to go home and vacuum them. also had to go home and re dust my doors and radio. Didn’t even look like they touched it. My windshield was so smudged and water spotted I went home and cleaned that too. Waste of my money. Never going back.
