They push back all the time when we have asked for a loaner. The last time we asked had to get the GM involved at the Dodge dealership in Delray Beach Florida on Federal Hwy. before they would and it still was a fight.

Yes they do offer loaners
They offer loaners if you purchased an Infiniti from them. Don't know about other brands.
