It is no different than buying a car, if you don't have the full cash payment you choose a financing option... Just read the fine print and im sure as long as you make the required payments you should be fine, i have worked with other small finance companies in the past with no issues
When you buy the tires they're delivered to the tire shop of your choosing for installation. I didn't finance the tires and paid cash, I don't know how their financing works.
