Walmart won’t take returns on items purchased online???? Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever been told by a store. I hate walmart

I've returned online purchases to Walmart with no problems. You just have to have an acceptable product.

You can return items ordered online. There are some exceptions.

You were told wrong. As long as you have your invoice they will refund it. Sounds like you got someone that doesn't know what they are doing.

I've never had a problem.
