I do believe they give flu shots, though I can't give a definitive on cost. Your best bet for that would be to call them, as it would likely depend on a variety of factors which wouldn't be reasonable to ask online.

As far as I know, YES, Walmart does do flu shots. I do not know the out-of-pocket cost is. Call the pharmacy before going for the pricing!!
