Liz was awesome! She looked into my service and advised me before I never used my alignment that was due to expire with my maintenance plan. I was very happy before I came in she did research on what was needed. She got my car service 30k service plus my sunroof and alignment done when I got it back. My car was so clean and didn’t have to make another appointment for the sunroof. I’m very happy all was completed in the one service appointment without having to make another appointment. I am a very happy customer.

Updated: 1 month later… STILL WAITING FOR REVIEW… I ordered a $80k Sprinter Van back in April. Promise date was August, but only arrived in November. Did not get a SINGLE follow up call. Customer service is a disaster… And worst thing, I ordered the vehicle with specific configuration and when the van arrived 8 months later, it arrived completely different… the solution the dealer gave me was to wait another 8 months for a new van which by the way they were not assuring it would arrive with the correct configuration. 5 month later… I AM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK AND A CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTION…

Jose Rosario was the absolute best salesman to work with. He went over and beyond, and kept us informed the entire process. It’s been two weeks since we brought our new SUV home, and he is still checking in to make sure everything is good, and if we need anything from the dealership. My service advisor was Jim. I just purchased a new car and brought it in for a health inspection. He was absolutely AMAZING! He told me everything about my car in a way that I could understand. I totally appreciated the transparency and the service. I also didn't have issues with lengthy delays, everything was completed in a timely manner.

I just brought it back for the same issue. Warranty is covered up to 50K miles and 48 months. So if your car is still within that, it is covered
