I don’t write many reviews, but I figured I would share my experience with the service department at Infiniti Coconut Creek. I was driving Sunday, happened to be a block away from the dealership, my transmission failed all of a sudden, however, I was able to drive in 1st gear very slowly to the service department. Since it was closed, I left my car and put my keys in a lock box they have, provided the information on what happened and left. I went home expecting I would have to call and make sure the car was looked at. Before I could do anything I already had an automated text from Steve, saying they got my car and they are checking it all out. About 1 hour later I got a call from Steve telling me that it was an issue with the transmission valve body, so they had to replace it. He said he would have my car ready in the afternoon, and amazingly enough around 2PM he called once more telling everything was fixed and good to go. The car drives perfectly again. I always have a great experience at their service center, but this time they went above and beyond with their communication and taking care of my issues.

Had an amazing experience here this weekend. Charismatic and friendly staff who took the time to really find the car that was right for me. Although this interaction didn’t result in a purchase I was completely blow away by the service. They treat you like family. I’d like to personally thank Fernando for going through the motions with me and being very patient. When I’m ready to make the purchase I’m definitely coming back to this Infinity!!

My wife and I went to the Coconut Creek location and we were greeted by Moe. He already had the car we initially requested to see ready on the lot. This is the first time we didn’t have to wait to test drive a car. The car was amazing and had us sold. Once we went inside the negotiations started and we were satisfied with the results. Also, the finance manager Gabriel was a joy to be around. He was funny! Moe is an amazing salesman. We are happy with our new car!
