why are all the lights out in the parking lot of Walmart. It is so dark at this location and nobody complains about it? Why is this acceptable? Waiting for the inevitable to happen first?

It is 3:30 in the afternoon said you posted 5 minutes ago which would make it 3:25 I think it's acceptable to have the exterior lights off at this time of day I'm sure all their cameras are running

The lack of adequate lighting is supposed to be environmentally friendly, but it is not a benefit to customers. Plan your visit during daylight hours. Creepy at night since you can hardly see.
