Why allow someone to answer the phone that has no knowledge of the product, taking orders, and working in a timely manner?

This Pizza Hut needs new management!

New employee left alone to figure things out on their own.

I agree that person might have been new.

It is an answering service if they don't answer phone in 3 rings then someone else does from a different service it is poor customer service

The employee was more than likely new. Patience is virtue. We were all new at a job before.
