I went to the this vape shop the other day looking for new Delta 8 products. The female associated (Kat) helped me find everything I wanted!!! Gummies, disposables, carts etc., they had it all!!! The customer service was extraordinary, I walked in and was greeted immediately. I asked questions and got very good information. I will be back again and again, and I highly recommend anyone stopping by. Especially if this is new to you, it's not an uncomfortable situation as they make your questions welcome.

Staff is very friendly and has always been helpful. However, I have never been very happy with any of the juice that they have there. Today I went by and asked for a pack of 10 Kanger T3 1.8 coils. What I got was a pack of 10 2.5 Knock off T3's. I am close to work here and the store I normally go to is close to home. So now I am sitting at work, with knock off coils that create a horrible taste and no back up coils with me. So I am a little crankier than usual right now. I am going to go back today to talk about this. Went back the same day and they said that the store policy is no refunds. Period. They did replace all of the coils in the pack even though I had used 2 of them that did not work. Good and friendly staff, just not the products that I want. I still have that entire pack of coils and may try them again some day.
