I'm a truck driver and needed a room. I found Comfort Suites on line, and needed accommodations for me and my truck. I was greeted by Kam at the front desk. He could not have been anymore nicer, knowledgeable, and helpful to me checking in. His kindness is why I decided to stay at C.S.. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived about 9:00PM after a long day expecting to find a clean room and bed waiting for us. Unfortunately we found neither. The atmosphere was loud with a drunken party in progress. My wife was frightened due to the drunken atmosphere. We had trouble getting the elevator to work and then on arriving at our room it obviously had nor been cleaned. The beds were not made, the trash cans were overflowing and there were empty beer bottles. We were not able to rebook to another room since the motel was full. ...A long night!

Positive: The staff Negative: The room was small and could use a paint job. The pillows are small and square, not a normal size pillow. They put 5 pillows on my queen size bed which was 2 1/2 pillows. Clumps of someone else's hair on my towel. I'll pass next time. Not worth it.

Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast manager was very accommodating. Room was neat and clean. However, website advertised a pool and fitness center which were reasons for choosing it. Both were closed for Covid according to signs on the door but the desk clerk advised that they were being turned into rooms and would never open again. The room is not worth the rate without these amenities.
