Not satisfied. I showed her the picture of the hair which was in layers but I really don’t understand why she did not clip my hair and cut it in layers. She needs to learn.Couldn’t ask her name,but next time I will say no if she cuts my hair.

She MASSACRED my hair yesterday. She blatantly ignored what I asked for and essentially gave me a bowl cut. I asked for a two on the clippers and she decided that I couldn't possibly know what I wanted with my own hair and just did her own thing.

I was going in to get a trim and clean up from a diy trim and I came out worse. I asked for long layers and even out the back. There are random layers everywhere (if you can call them layers. They are more just random lengths throughout my hair) and I honestly don’t know how this can be fixed without doing a major chop which was the opposite of what I want to do.
