First time visiting Fire House Subs. The ordering process was slow. Had the steak and cheese and it was just alright. The other guest that was with me had the meatball said “Subway is better” after that comment definitely felt like we overpaid for what we got.

I had not had a Firehouse Sub in a very long time. Honestly wish I had not got the taste for it after I started eating it. It was a little too messy, plus i asked for an extra pickle with each which did not happen. Got home and I did not even have a pickle with the sandwich. So actually I only got the 2 I asked for when picking up the order. 2 young kids preparing the food with no mask plus it just doesn’t feel or look clean. No more Firehouse Sub for me from that location.

My husband surprised me with one of my absolute favorite places and sub for lunch today after work because I work in fast food and I work hard to please all of my guests. The smoked brisket cheddar is my favorite and when I say my first bite was rancid is an understatement as soon as I bit down the smell of the meat hit my nose and tongue at the same time I immediately spit the food out and had to rinse my mouth out with mouth wash and then brush my teeth just to get the smell of the rotten meat off my taste buds! There is definitely a problem with the employees on food quality. When I called this location to try and explain it to them I was greeted to a simple hello as if I’d called a friend not a food establishment but I was polite and said hello my husband picked up some subs today and my sub was pretty gross. Whom ever was on the phone said well maybe you should have just made yourself a sandwich at home then bi*^% and hung up! I couldn’t believe what just happened so I waited a few hours and tried to call again 4 times to no answer

Yes, food is delicious but you pay for what you get

Just so you know, questions posted here pretty much are answered by others who've visited, not the management (usually). We've always had such a good visit with this Firehouse. Sorry, you caught it on an "off" day. Guess we'll never know the answer about it being "out of service". Life happens, as does overflowing trash. 😃
