Login into your account and change it to your new address.
If you have access to a computer you can login with your email address and/or phone number and change it there
No you need to make up a new email address wherever your email goes to like Hotmail Gmail they have an app that you can change if you need to good luck
When you go into Panera you should be able to ask the people upfront to change your email.
