Very rude staff. Office manager didn’t want to return my phone calls because she knew the trouble she would get into if her boss found out about her knowing one of the residence sub-lease her apartment. These people don’t care about helping people they only care about collecting money.

Very popular place to live so there was a bit of a waiting list. The staff did everything they could to get me in as soon as possible. They kept me informed as to the progress and were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area and clubhouse are very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby my first night there! Best apartments in Colonial Heights!

The neighborhood is quite and friendly! They are the worst apartments I ever came across far as management!! Sincere doesn't give a damn about anything that you complain to her about. I moved out on the 1st and I clean my apartment from head to toe it was spic and span. A couple weeks later I got my deposit back and they charged me $120 to clean my apartment when I had already clean my apartment talk to the property manager and all she could say is I understand didn't take no effort of trying to help me or anything called corporate no answer no one has gotten back they leave little comments on these pages but they really don't investigate or call anyone back. These apartments are too expensive for poor service. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone run for your life stay away from these apartments they are no good the management team sucks. They ripped me off of $120

Just moved in two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The office staff and maintenance man is top notch. The grounds are clean and neighbors are nice. Great place to bring my family. The office always has family events planned for the community. There is a playground for my little ones and even a swimming pool.
