They have a storage thing that they put winter coats in. If people there can't get a good coat than they sell cheaps ones at the Salvation Army store on Dodge or your able to go out to Open Door Mission on Wednesdays at 9 & they usually always have coats.
They restock the storage as much as they can, about 3 times a day is when you can get what you need.
They do give out coat's for the time being
I give, to other people I know, or don't know, and to shelters. Well, most clothes...
I think to any shelter you can donate clothes to the facility.
