Someone always greets you with an hello when you enter the store. Employees are always available to help you if have questions or need help finding something. I love their reward system for recycling my ink cartridges. I can easily find what I am looking for.

Shopped at the Westwood Plaza, Office Depot at around 3 pm on 8/10/22. Good selection for what we were looking for, but this rude little dude working there harassed us the entire time. We didn’t need his help, yet he inserted himself into our shopping. Beings he insisted on shadowing us we asked him about sales and he dismissively said, “I don’t know, I don’t decide the prices at Office Depot”. Trust me, no one would mistake this person for upper management. And obviously he knew nothing of value for the shopper. When we left he mocked my elderly mother’s speech impediment when he derisively said goodbye to us. I know the Omaha labor market is tight, but there’s got be someone out there looking for a job that would be better than this guy. We are going to still make our purchase at Office Depot, but not at this location.
